On behalf of the International Steering Committee, I am delighted and privileged to
welcome you to the major European conference on EMC, from 4 to 8 September in Angers,
one of the best cities of good living in France.
EMC Europe 2017 focuses on the high quality of scientific and technical contributions as
well as the fruitfulness of exchanges among EMC researchers and practitioners from all
over the world, in a spirit of openness and conviviality. The conference will cover the
whole spectrum of EMC topics, including emerging trends. Special sessions, workshops,
tutorials and a large exhibition will be organized along with regular sessions.

Summary of EMC EUROPE 2017 Exhibit Specs
The technical exhibition will be held from 9 AM on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, to 3 PM
on Friday, September 8, 2017. The technical exhibition will take place on the ground floor
of the Conference Building.
Note that exhibitors can start installing their equipment from 2 PM on Monday,
September 4, 2017.

The exhibition is directly accessible from the conference rooms and ensures that
delegates and speakers have every opportunity to visit you and your company's
representatives during refreshment and lunch breaks.
Ordering Process and Forms
How to order:
The sooner you order, the more money you save and the more exposure to our attendees
your company will have. We have made the process simple. There is a single “Exhibit
Order Form” to reserve your space for EMC EUROPE 2017. This form should be returned
either by surface mail or by e-mail (see address in the order form).
The payment must be made on the conference registration site (address also in the order
form). The portal will be open from Monday, September 19, 2016.
Dates for exhibit allocation:
The last day for exhibit space allocation (registration + payment) is Friday, June 30, 2017.
Discounted rates apply until Monday, May 15, 2017. A signed Exhibit Order Form and the
full payment must be received prior to this deadline for discount entitlement.
All exhibit spaces contracted out after Monday, May 15, 2017, will be based on availability.
