There is a single “Exhibit Order Form” to reserve your space for EMC EUROPE 2017. This form should be returned either by surface mail or by e-mail (see address in the order form). The payment must be made on the conference registration site (address also in the order form). The portal will be open from Monday, September 19, 2016. Dates for exhibit allocation: The last day for exhibit space allocation (registration + payment) is Friday, June 30, 2017. Discounted rates apply until Monday, May 15, 2017. A signed Exhibit Order Form and the full payment must be received prior to this deadline for discount entitlement. All exhibit spaces contracted out after Monday, May 15, 2017, will be based on availability.
