The OZZI system & Preserve® 2 Go make reuse easy
The OZZI system offers a high-tech solution for managing the collection
of reusable to-go containers in food service environments, simplifying
the transition away from disposables.
How does the OZZI system work?
• A diner puts food in a reusable to-go container and eats it
wherever she chooses
• When finished eating, the diner deposits the empty
container in an OZZI machine
• The diner receives a token from the OZZI machine which
can be exchanged for another reusable to-go container
• Containers are removed from the machine regularly and
are properly sanitized for the next use
