A highly engaging view on how bidders need to adapt to the changing face of bid submission.
Bidders are now facing the challenge of the portal submission on a regular basis, bringing with it
very limited word counts and forcing a re-evaluation of the skills needed to be ensure the bidder
secures the highest score possible.
Bill gave us some practical suggestions about strategies and approaches that can be taken
to break the requirement down to understand more easily what the customer wants and then
to frame our response using the 4 fridge model.
