The Three Little Frogs and the Big Bad Snake Rohan The Three Little Frogs and the Big Bad Snake Rohan Once upon a time, there were three little frogs. They lived in the rainforest where the big bad snake lived. The snake kept on following the little frogs. So Jack, Fred, and Joe built their houses separately. The snake, Scales, kept on following all three little frogs. The first little frog built his house out of grass. It took him two days to build his house. The frog even had a grass sofa and a table. Then Scales the snake came. He saw the frog, so he dressed up as an ice-cream giver. Joe saw the ice cream, so he went outside and said, “May I please have some ice cream?” Scales said, “Ssssssssssuuuuuuurrrrrrrreeeeeeee!” Then Joe hopped back inside his house. Scales said, “Little frog, little frog, let me come in.” “Not if you give me a thousand jars of flies!” said Joe the frog. “Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house down.” said Scales. So he did. But Joe was too fast and he hopped to his brother’s house. The second little frog built his house out of leaves. Jack heard knocking on the door. Jack peeked through the crack on his door. It was Joe. Joe explained what had happened to him and his house. He also explained about the snake, Scales. Scales used his tongue to track the scent of the frogs. The frogs played checkers for an hour and a half. Suddenly, they heard knocking on the door. It was scales dressed up as a fly giver. Scales asked Jack if he wanted some flies to eat. Jack said, “Sure!” But before he picked a jar, he saw some poison, then he slammed the door. Scales said, “Little frog, little frog, let me come in.” “Not if you give me two thousand jars of flies.” “Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house in.” But Jack and Joe went out of the back door and went to their brother, Fred. The third little frog built his house out of strong, long, and thick bark. Then his brothers knocked on the door. The third little frog said, “Who is it?” Joe and Jack said, “It’s your brothers, Fred.” Fred let them come in the house. Joe said, “You even have a Sony.” “Yes, I do,” said Fred. Jack said, “You even have a closet full of games.” “Yes, I do,” said Fred. “Wow!” said Jack. Joe said, “You’re amazing!” Then they heard knocking on door. Fred said, “Who is it?” The snake, Scales, answered, “Pizza is here.” Fred said, “I did not order any pizza.” Joe said, “I ordered pizza.” So Fred paid for the pizza and Scales was waiting. Joe, Jack, and Fred were going to eat the pizza. When Fred opened the box, Fred said, “What’s this green stuff ?” Scales said, “Poison.” Joe said, “I did not order any pizza with poison.” So Joe gave the pizza back. Fred said, “Give me back my money.” Scales gave the money back. Fred slammed the door. Joe said, “Did you see those teeth he had?” Fred said, “Those markings, I can remember those markings. The pizza guy was Scales... Scales, the snake!” Jack said, “Let me get this straight. Scales was the delivery person?” “Yes,” said Fred. Scales said, “Little frog, little frog, let me come in.” Fred said, “Not if you give me three thousand jars of flies.” Scales said, “Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house in.” “Try to,” said Fred. So Scales tried, and he tried, and he tried thirty times but it did not work. So Scales went down the chimney really quietly. Fred put a pot of boiling water under the chimney. When Scales went down, he burned himself. And so they lived happily ever after. They had a party and invited a couple of friends over, plus the third little frog helped his brothers build their houses out of strong, sturdy bark.
