LANDSCAPER/PROJECT MANAGER
Dreamscape Gardens is an established, award winning garden design and landscaping practice in
Cheshire.
We are looking for a skilled, professional, motivated and enthusiastic Landscaper with experience,
and great customer service skills, to run a landscaping team in a hands-on, Project Manager capacity
We have a diverse and growing portfolio of projects located in Cheshire and Manchester, and
consequently applicants should hold a full UK driving license. We also offer experience in show
gardens and other exciting media opportunities.
Main purpose of this roles is to build gardens and other landscaping projects designed by
Dreamscape Gardens and to manage these projects from start to completion.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Ensuring landscaping is completed to specification, high standard and to budget
• Supervision of staff on site
• Management of Health and Safety on site
• Consultation/liaison with clients, other trades on site, and office staff
Key skills required: These are the ‘must-haves’











Proficiency and experience in all aspects of landscaping works including: paving, block
paving, drainage, water features, decking, pergolas and wooden structures, fencing, brick
and block work and turfing
Able to read detailed drawings and plans, order materials, run budgets and excellent pc skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
High level of professionalism
Good organisational skills
Positive can do/will do attitude with a pro-active approach
Project specification, costing and management skills
Planning
Completion of admin tasks to deadlines
Ability to work with a wide range of machinery
