Make sure the file is smaller than 1 GB in size. You can only upload one file at a time.

2. Go to the Event Horizon Web Page
Enter the following web address into your web browser:

3. Fill Out the Form
Fill out the information in the web form:

1. Enter your email address into the Your Email field.
2. Enter the email address [email protected] in the Destination Email(s) field.
3. Availability Period determines how long the file will be available for download. We recommend setting this to 3 Days.
4. Click the Browse button to select the file that you want to upload.
5. Type a short explanation of the contents of the file into the Description field.
6. Click the Submit button to upload the file.
7. Once the file has been uploaded to the server, a confirmation message will display. The person(s) you specified in
Step 2 will receive emails telling them that the file is available, and providing download links.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WebLink forms can be extensively customized in a variety of additional ways. If you wish to receive
a price quote for customization beyond the items offered here, please contact your sales representative. Simple Forms
do not qualify for customizations.

Simple WebLink Form
Guidelines and Agreement
The following guidelines have been prepared in order to make sure our clients understand what they can expect when we
prepare their Simple WebLink forms. Our highest priority is your satisfaction with the quality of your WebLink setup.

WebLink projects will not begin until SofterWare receives all Merchant & Gateway applications.
•
Timely activation of your form is dependent on the creation of your merchant processing account(s).
We will not be able to activate your form(s) until your processing account has been created. If you have
any questions on the status of your account or about the applications themselves, please contact us at

New WebLink orders are assigned to our implementation department every Monday morning. A member of
our WebLink Implementation Team will notify you when your order has been assigned, and will provide an expected
timeframe for the completion of your WebLink form(s). The entire elapsed set up process for your Simple WebLink
form(s) typically takes 4 - 7 business days.

If you have provided a logo for use on your WebLink form(s), it will be added to the header of your form during
the set up process. Please note that Simple WebLink forms have no customization and, as such, there is no review
and revision process. You may use the WebLink Administrative Module to make modifications to your form after
it has been activated. In addition, you may also contact our Support Department to make changes for you. Any
changes performed by our Support Department are subject to a fee of $100/hour billable in 15 minute increments
(min. $25).

After your WebLink form(s) have been created, our staff will setup the necessary import templates so that
the data collected on your WebLink form(s) can be easily imported into your database. Note: We may need to have
access to your database or other information to allow us to map the data appropriately. Once the import template
setup has been completed, we will work with you in order to set up and test the import.

Although we provide the link to use for your WebLink form(s), your webmaster will need to place the links on
your organization’s website. You may wish to have your website designer create a graphic or button to make the link
more visible. You may also use one of the graphics we have created and placed on our website:

In general, we expect the entire elapsed time for the WebLink implementation process for a Simple Form to take approximately
4 - 7 business days. When your setup is completed, it is our expectation that we will have provided you with forms that allow
you to collect the information you need from your constituents.
