Stretcholt Extravaganza Championship classes to take place
in the Evening Performance starting at 5pm.

SHOWING CLASSES
Winners of a Championship or Reserve
Championship at one of Stretcholt’s
“Unaffiliated Showing” shows, plus
horse/rider combinations or
horse/handlers combinations who have
won two 1sts in the same class at two out
of the four shows, will qualify for the
Supreme In Hand / Ridden Championship
to take place during the evening
performance on September 19th 2015.
RULES
Harnessed Riding Hats must be worn in all ridden classes
Neither the organisers, any judge, steward or any other official shall be liable for injury or damage to any person,
animal, article or property. It is a condition of entry that each exhibitor or competitor shall indemnify the organisers
and hold them harmless against such matters aforesaid.
Correctly secured British standard skull/riding hats No. EN1384 PAS 015 (USA) ASTMF 1163 that meet current safety
standards MUST be worn at all times when mounted.
The committee reserves the right to alter the times of classes or the Judge if necessary.
All objections must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes of the completion of the class to the secretary with a
deposit of £15.00.
Unmannerly behaviour towards officials will not be tolerated.
No exercising in the rings, anyone doing so will be disqualified.
No entry fees will be refunded
All horses or ponies in ridden classes must be 4 years old or over.
Colts/stallions not to be handled by anyone under the age of 14.
The Judges decision is final
Dogs to be kept on leads at all times
Horses/Ponies are not to be left tied to the side of a trailer or lorry
NO HORSEBOXES TO BE MUCKED OUT ON SHOWGROUND £10.00 PENALTY BY LAW
This show is a qualifier for the South West Pony Association Championships to be held on the
3rd – 6th September 2016 at The David Broome Event Centre, Crick, Gwent. NP26 5XP
To qualify for the Championships:
1. Enter one of the qualifying classes.
2. Be one of the two highest placed exhibits not already qualified within the first four and
receive a qualification card signed in the ring.
3. Complete the entry form on the qualification card.
4. Return the card together with any registration fees due within 14 days of this show.
Please Note: - Registration Fee for 2015 is £25.00 to include all members of the family and
equines owned by the family.
