We made it through the huge Thanksgiving rush! I hope you all had a wonderful time
with family and hopefully you had a few Pink Poppy treats to share on the Thanksgiving
table.
A few exciting updates for you. We will be at the Port of Ilwaco Holiday Market 10-4
every Saturday from now until Christmas in the old Nautical Brass building. Also, I’m
offering Christmas Cookie Decorating classes. I’ve attached that information to the email
as a separate PDF so check it out.
Also in this menu, our Holiday Treat Pack Menu. These are always a HUGE hit. Get
them for friends and family, gift wrapped and ready to go. You just need to decide what
goes in them! Info at the end of this menu.
Also available through the month of December, gingerbread house kits! For $17 get all of
the gingerbread pieces and icing to complete a large house… you supply the candy and
fun! These kits will be beautifully gift wrapped and ready to give as gifts to your favorite
elves.

Gingerbread House Kits - $17 – All of the gingerbread pieces and icing glue to

Dad Approved Chocolate Chip – Large old-fashioned chocolate chip cookies with a
mix of dark and milk chocolate chips. A Pink Poppy favorite. ($1.75 each or $18/dz)
Brown Sugar Shortbread – These simple, crowd pleasing favorites have even been
raved about in the Seattle Times! Perfect with a cup of coffee or Early Grey. ($1.50 each
or $16/dz) – Egg free
Maple Oat Pecan – These rolled oat and pecan packed cookies are another Pink Poppy
classic and can almost pass as breakfast! ($1.50 each or $16/dz) – Dairy free
Peanut Butter Chocolate – Smaller than most of our cookies, these little guys are
addicting with lots of PB and cocoa… these are perfect for Reese’s lovers. ($1.25 each or

GF and Vegan Coconut Macaroons with Dark Chocolate – Give these a try even if
you aren’t gluten free or vegan! Clusters of organic coconut topped with organic dairy

Cranberry - These tart, lightly sweet scones use local Organic cranberries from
Starvation Alley Farms based here in Long Beach. ($2 each or $23/dz)
Honey Walnut – Containing only honey as a sweetener, these hearty scones also use part
whole wheat flour making them a nice choice for breakfast. ($2 each or $23/dz)
Currant – We use organic currants and heavy cream in these lightly sweet, and flaky
scones. ($2 each or $23/dz)
Note: We always bake our scones the day of orders, and while they are best the day of or
the next morning they freeze and reheat well.
Swedish Traveling Cake – This has become a local favorite. A simple, dense cake with
lemon zest and almond extract and topped with toasted almonds. ($2/slice, min. two
slices or $16/whole 8” cake, 8 slices)
