Bagels are healthy with a capital “H”. They’re low-fat,
and fiber rich. At Brooklyn Cafe, we use only the finest
ingredients along with purified water(formulated to
duplicate New York City Water) to produce the highest
quality bagel possible. We bake continuously throughout
the day to insure you the freshest and tastiest bagel
at all times.
BY SERVING you in a bright, clean environment with
prompt, friendly service, the owners hope to make your
visit to the Brooklyn Cafe a pleasant and healthy
experience.
WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR EXTRA BAGELS
Bagels are tastiest when they are eaten fresh. Since
there are no preservatives in Brooklyn Cafe bagels, they
will begin to harden after 24 hours. To Preserve their
freshness you can:
• Cut them in half, put them in individual freezer bags,
and put them in the freezer.
• When you get the urge for a bagel you can toast it
frozen or put it in an oven or toaster oven
preheated to 400 degrees for about five minutes
Using a microwave changes the consistency of the
bagel, making it rubbery. If you must use the microwave,
heat the bagels a few seconds at a time until they are
soft, Eat Promptly!
