Class Descriptions
Aquasauna - Relax & breathe deep. Let all the stress out of your body, into the warm water of our family pool. In this class we
will be doing basic sauna poses which have been adapted for the water. Yoga in the pool is a great way to strengthen and stimulate
your entire body, leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for your day. Non swimmers are welcome!
Aquacise - This class is a combination of shallow and deep-water exercises. These workouts will range from low to intense
cardiovascular workouts along with a variety of techniques to help increase toning, flexibility and strength. Non-swimmers are
welcome!
Active Older Adults Program (AOA) - Join us for 2 water classes each week that are designed specifically for fitness needs of an
active older adult. Targeting functional fitness, range of motion and flexibility. Free for members. $25/month for Active Older Adult
program participants.
Deep Water - This class is great for anyone who is comfortable in deep water and wants a no-impact class. Work aerobically while
toning core muscles as you stabilize your body position in the water.
Fluid Running$ (Paid Class) - Fluid Running is a deep water running class that provides all the benefits of running on land and
more without any impact. The benefits include burning up to 40% more calories than running on land. Builds muscular strength and
endurance by working legs, core and arms. There is zero impact, so runners can participate even with many injuries. You don't have
to be a runner or an athlete to participate. Floatation belts are provided.
Silver Splash - Activate your aqua urge for variety! Silver Splash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility,
flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, different equipment is used to increase balance, strength
and coordination.
