Secondary Functions: In addition to the ongoing client-facing work, the Program Associate will support various quarterly projects which are defined by organizational initiatives and aimed at enhancing all facets of the organization. Education and Experience: RMMFI is looking for a results-driven self-motivator who brings passion and creativity to the job, and believes that work should be challenging, fun, and meaningful. Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus on education, business management, finance, or a related field of study. Additionally, qualified applicants will have quantifiable experience in facilitating learning experiences (not necessarily related to business development) in both a 1-on-1 and group setting and have experience working within disadvantaged communities and at-risk populations. Qualified applicants will be process-oriented, able to take ‘ownership’ of projects, and demonstrate an ability to build solutions when improvements are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Experience owning or working for a small business and/or familiarity with basic business concepts is preferred.
