Graduate from Punjab University, attended various courses
and seminars relating to insurance at Pakistan Institute of
Management and Munich Re, Germany.
My favourite charity is to help the needy persons, especially
in acquiring education.
Career History/Accomplishment
Joined EFU in January, 1968 at Rawalpindi and in 1979 was
assigned the responsibility to open and look after the new
branch office at Islamabad. Later on I was transferred to
Rawalpindi as Branch Manager in 1984. I was elevated to the
position of Regional Head in 1992. In 2003 Rawalpindi and
Islamabad Regions were merged and named as Islamabad
Region.
In 2012 Peshawar Region branches were also attached with
Islamabad Region. At present, I am looking after the Region
as Deputy Managing Director. My career is throughout with
EFU and have over 45 years of experience in the industry.
Presently, I am member of both Rawalpindi and Islamabad
Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Chairman of
Rawalpindi Insurance Institute. I have remained Vice
Chairman, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry,
Standing committee on Insurance for five years.

Working Style to Earn Success
I believe in prompt and personalised service to the clients
which can only be achieved through sincerity, devotion and
strong team work. Improvement in professional and
technical knowledge is need of the day and key to
success.
Message to Colleagues
As there is a great vacuum of professionally qualified
personnel therefore, my message to colleagues is to
improve their qualification and work hard which may help
in building better career in the industry. Keep close liaison
with the clients as beside sincere efforts, relationship is the
key to success ‘and sky is the limit’.
