Russell Szczepaniec – USA
This presentation brings awareness of technological advances in hobby engineering
and its devastating potential to IED detection and defeat efforts. Tinkering used to
define tuning up motorcycles, fixing an old appliance, etc. Today it also defines
playing with advanced sensors, programming embedded logic devices, and 3D
printing a place to hide it all.
