In J1 we are moving on to writing instructions so brace yourself as the children might
want to make a cup of tea or a sandwich to practice for their writing ! In maths we are
moving on to written methods and problem solving involving addition. We are also starting
philosophy which encourages children to ask questions and think about their own opinions and
how they view issues. It would be great if you could encourage your child to talk about what
is happening locally and on the news.
J2
