Gelato Tasting and Know-How
Learn to taste gelato in a professional way. We perform a tasting
session where we bring the methodology of wine tasting to ice-cream
for an event full of fun and learning. We work jointly with a well-known
Sommelier to share with you the secrets of good ice-cream making and
its ingredients. The session includes a ‘taste and guess’ game as well as a
live demo by our team of gelato makers.
