Fresh Ginger Lemonade Many of our customers love our Ginger Lemonade. Others don’t like it at all. Some things are like that. However, many people have asked how we make this tasty (to some) beverage Tools Ingredients Medium sauce pan 1 Cup Chopped Ginger (unpeeled); Chop in cusinart 2 Gallon container Whisk 1 1/2 LBs sugar 1 Quart of Lemon Juice Water Ice Combine sugar and ginger in medium sauce pan and fill 1/2 way with water Bring to a boil and boil for 1/2 hour Strain thoroughly; we strain this mixture twice.
