Our History
In 1986 MAXITILE, Inc. was established in
California for the commercialization and
distribution of fiber cement roofing and siding
products for the United States and Canada. Our
vision has always been to be recognized across
North America as the better alternative for fiber
cement products while providing the highest value
to our distributors and consumers. As a member
of Elementia, we are backed with over 75 years of
manufacturing industry experience in fiber cement,
concrete and metals for the building industry.
After 24 years with headquarters in California,
MAXITILE moved to Texas and expanded its
efforts, refining the overall quality of the siding
and roofing product lines. Since then, the company
has become stronger than ever and because of
our growth, we have been able to serve more
customers. Thanks to the improved quality of our
products, trust of our partners, commitment to
innovate and the exceptional customer service
provided by our employees, we have achieved high
degrees of national and international recognition.

An excellent alternative to traditional exterior wall claddings
or vinyl siding, MAXITILE products are dimensionally stable,
will resist cracking, rotting, and delamination because they
are moisture resistant in any climate. Our products are built
non-combustible with zero flame spread and tested to
withstand hurricane force winds.

in advanced technology.
MAXITILE utilizes proprietary technology with an engraved
pattern to produce realistic texture on its siding products. This
technology allows us to deliver a “High Definition” realistic cedar
pattern to our products. Due to our innovative approach, the very
last product to roll off the production line is as genuine as the first.
This process is unique to MAXITILE.

MAXITILE manufactures and distributes only factory primed
products. This is a fully opaque primer coat that yields superior
priming coverage which results in higher quality topcoat finishes.
Additionally, the full opaque coating results in less paint for the
final topcoat. MAXITILE continues to take the extra step and
coat all six sides for even more durability.
