Qualifications
Stan has had in excess of four decades of
experience in the property sector and his
clients have included some of Australia’s largest
property owners and financial institutions.
Stan’s valuation experience in a range of markets and
asset classes has given him a unique skill set involving
all classes of property valuations. Stan has also been
responsible valuation of all forms of property and
interests in land for litigation, compulsory acquisition,
major infrastructure projects plus disposal and
feasibility studies.

Stan’s work has included commercial, industrial, land
subdivision, business interests, retail, residential and
rural properties.
He specialises in litigation and the assessment of
compensation for acquisition of land for major capital
works projects and has been actively involved with
a number of major infrastructure projects including
the Port Adelaide Expressway, Urban Super Highway,
Salisbury Highway, South Road Extension and the
Northern Expressway Project.
