SUMMER MATH ASSIGNMENT – FOR INCOMING 9TH GRADERS
The summer math assignment for Oakleaf High School will be completed on the website Algebra Nation.
Login instructions:
1)GO TO:
my.oneclay.net
login using the username & password
you use to log onto school computers
2) Click on “MY CLASSLINKS”
then click on “Algebra Nation”
3) When you get into Algebra Nation –you will see this screen
Make sure it says “Algebra I” here
click on the “Videos and More” tab
Then click on “NGSSS” tab
When you scroll down, you will see this
You will be completing sections 3, 5, and 6.
To begin, click on the triangle beside section 3
4) When you click on the triangle beside section 3
it will open up section 3 and show you this view.
You will start by watching the videos – click on the
“shorter version” triangle.
That will open up this view.
You will see that there are 5 videos for you to
watch. Watch each video. Be sure to take
notes as you watch. You must watch the
entire video for each video. When you are
finished will all of the videos for that section,
you will then take the “Test Yourself” quiz,
found here
You can retake the quiz as many times as necessary to get a 6 or above on it. You have to score 6 or above to receive
credit.
You will repeat this process (starting with step 4) for sections 5 & 6.

Click on “Enter Math Nation”
You will see this screen
For “your school”
type in Oakleaf High School
You will then see this screen
This screen tells you
exactly what to use
for username &
password. If you are
still having trouble
signing in, try going
back to previous
screen and changing
school to “Oakleaf
Junior High” because
your account may not
be switched over to
the high school yet.

online tests, and the quiz given in class will be averaged for a grade.
