Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
OTICE is hereby given that all creditors and
other persons having any debts, claims or
demands against the estate of William Thomas
Burrows, late of 7, Walmer Gardens, West Baling,
in the county of Middlesex, deceased (who died
on the 5th day of April, 1934, and whose Will
was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of
Justice-on the 9th day of July, 1934, by George
Alexander Davidson and George James Burrows,
the executors therein named), are hereby required
to send the particulars, in writing, of their debts,
claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the
Solicitors for the said executors on or before the
1st day of October next after which date the
said executors will proceed to distribute the assets
of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled
thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims
and demands of which they shall then have had
notice; and they will not be liable for the assets
of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose
debts, claims or demands they shall not then have

of the above named Mary Ann Lee, who died
intestate on the 30th day of April, 1917, and to
whose estate letters of administration were granted
on the 4th day of December, 1933, out of the
Principal Probate Registry to James Alexander
Forrester, and in particular any person who claims
to be a Descendant of the undermentioned persons, are required to send particulars, in writing,
of any claims and of relationship to the undersigned, the Solicitors to the said administrator,
on or before the first October, 1934, after which
date the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among

parentage, heretofore called and known by the
name of Julius Charles Neville-Dahm, has assumed
and intends henceforth upon all occasions and at
all times to sign and use and be called and known
by the name of Julius Charles Neville, in lieu
of and in substitution for his former name of
Julius Charles Neville-Dahm, and that such
change of name is formally declared and evidenced
by a deed under his hand and seal dated the 10th

enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court
