Kids Pool Parties
WHEN ARE PARTIES AVAILABLE?
Parties are offered between April 30th and August 28th on Fridays from 4-7:30pm and Saturdays & Sundays
from 11am-6:30pm. Check with the Front Desk for available dates.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Children must be active Red’s members to have a birthday party at Red’s and can invite Red’s members and
non-members. Participants must be between the age of 5 and 11 years old.
WHAT AREAS AND TIMES CAN I BOOK A PARTY?
Parties can be booked at the pool only. The available dates & times vary so call for availability. Parties must be
booked no less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
HOW LONG DOES THE PARTY LAST?
Parties are booked for 1 hour & 45 minute time slots. You may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the party
begins to decorate, and you must have your decorations cleaned up 15 minutes after the party’s conclusion.
WHAT IS THE COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
There is a $15 per child charge with a minimum of 10 children, and there is a 20 maximum number of guests
allowed. The cost includes: pizza, icees, plates, napkins, and a party coordinator. Payment is due at the time of
the party and may be charged to your account.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You must cancel 48 hours prior to the party for a full refund. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to
the party will result in a $50 processing fee.
WHAT CAN WE BRING TO THE PARTY?
You may bring decorations and party favors. You may not bring fun jumps, water balloons, pinatas, glitter/
confetti, or outside food or drinks (except for a cake).
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE CHAPERONES?
There must be at least one adult for every 10 children, you are not charged for adults. Parties may require
additional chaperones depending on the age of the children.
