Fresh Fruit Salad Ingredients A selection of fruit eg apples, pears, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, bananas, kiwis, grapes, orange . . . What ever fruit your family prefers. 1 tin of raspberries or pineapple or some fruit juice. Method: Open the tinned fruit or fruit juice and place in a bowl (the juice stops the bananas, apples and pears from going brown—or you could use lemon juice). Chop up all the fruit and add to the bowl immediately. Serve on its own or with yoghurt or cream for a treat.
