We are in charge of a sporting goods store. We sell 2 types
of hats, fitted and adjustable. Write an equation with more than
one variable that represents total revenue from hat sales.
We expect to sell 125 of the adjustable hats for $8 per hat.
In order to make a good profit, we need to make $1600 in
revenue. How much do we need to charge for fitted hats
if we plan to sell 50?
What if we plan to sell 75?

REWRITING COMMON FORMULAS
On p.28, there are several formulas that we will use during
this course. Often, though, we will need to rewrite the formula
to have a different variable isolated.
Rewrite the formula for the perimeter of a rectangle to isolate w.
Rewrite the formula for the area of a triangle to isolate h.
