Pavilion Reservation
Policies
The City of Boynton Beach Recreation and
Parks Department offers park pavilion
rentals at specified parks. The reservation
is for the pavilion area only; the park itself
is open to the public.
Reservations are required at least four
business days before your function, and
may be made up to 12 months in advance.
Unreserved pavilions are available on a
first-come, first-served basis.
Please note:



We recommend visiting the park to
make sure that the pavilion and
surrounding amenities meet your
needs.
Planning to have a bounce house?
Patrons must use one of the preapproved companies who have
provided the City a copy of their
insurance and have obtained all of the
necessary licenses to operate in the
City. See Special Information. A list of
companies is available. Please note
that bounce houses are not permitted
at Oceanfront Park.
No alcohol, animals, rides, waterslides,
pools, amplified music or fireworks of
any kind are allowed in City parks.
Electricity is not available. Water
access is available at Intracoastal Park
only.

Special Information:
The use of "bounce houses" and other inflatable
play equipment is prohibited at City owned property
unless the company operating the equipment has
received prior approval from the City's Recreation
and Parks Director or his designee, to operate such
equipment. Any equipment installed on City
property without prior approval shall be
immediately deflated and/or disconnected by the
authorized City representative.
Groups with more than 60 individuals are required
to provide proof of liability insurance, which may be
purchased through the City of Boynton Beach (30
days notice required).
Events with entertainers, food vendors/caterers
and/or more than 150 people may require a special
event permit and/or insurance. Please contact the
Special Events Permit Office at 561-742-6010. Staff
will evaluate your plans to determine if additional
requirements apply.
The City of Boynton Beach reserves the right to
require additional types of insurance, or to raise or
lower the stated limits, based upon the identified
risk of the event. All insurance companies names on
Certificates must show a current A.M. Best Company
rating of B+ or better.

Pavilions are available for rental at select
parks. All other City park pavilions are
available on a first–come, first-served basis.
Reservations are made at Intracoastal Park
Clubhouse, 2240 N. Federal Highway.
Congress Avenue Barrier Free Park, 3111 S.
Congress Ave., features playgrounds and
natural areas including The Swamp, where
sprays of water in the alligator splash fountain
will cool you off in our warm climate. Rolling
hills of soft grass and beautiful ponds add to
the unique environment in this special place
where everyone will be able to play without
limitations.
Have fun at the playground or enjoy football or
soccer on the multi-purpose field with family
and friends at Ezell Hester, Jr. Park, 1901 N.
Seacrest Boulevard, just south of Gateway
Boulevard.
Enjoy the cool waterway breeze at beautiful
Intracoastal Park, 2240 N. Federal Highway,
just south of Gateway Boulevard.
Have fun playing a game of bocce or enjoy the
beauty of the lush landscaping at scenic Jaycee
Park, located at 2600 S. Federal Highway, just
south of Woolbright Road.
Visit lively Meadows Park, 4305 Meadows
Boulevard, just south of Hypoluxo Road off of
Congress Avenue, and keep fit on the fitness
trail, enjoy the various sports fields, or play
with the kids at the popular playgrounds.
Beautiful beachside Oceanfront Park, 6415 N.
Ocean Blvd, is located on A-1-A, just north of
Ocean Ave. Daily Parking Fee: $10 weekends
and holidays. Weekdays: 11/16-4/30, $10; 5/111/15, $5. Annual parking decals (valid 10/19/30) may be purchased at Intracoastal Park
Clubhouse or City Hall. Residents: $50;
Qualified non-residents: $200.
