8. Why Global Quantum Canada?
1. We customize and tailor our services to meet your specific needs
 As a consulting firm, we know that our best assets are our consultants. Their performance is the best business
card that we have, and our reputation and your trust for future Projects depends on them. We do believe that
there is a consultant for each client/claim/situation, and that is why we carefully review your needs before we
assign a consultant to the Commission, in order to make sure that their skills-set meets your needs at every
time.
 Also, as there is no “one size fits all” formula to addressing Project delays and disruptions, we will make sure
that we tailor solutions for each specific case.
2. We provide a “managed service”
 We are not a “body shop” and we will not “dump people” on your Projects. We will look after our consultants
and will coordinate at all times between them and the management of your Company, so the consultant can be
focused on the job at the same time that we receive your feedback about our performance (thus helping us to
keep on improving).
 You will notice from day 1 that a team of professionals is looking after your needs.
 We offer continued commitment to commission completion.
10
8. Why Global Quantum Canada?
3. Our consultants offer pragmatic, real and hands-on construction experience
 Like other similar firms in the industry, we offer a broad range of expertise levels, from junior consultants to
senior claims analysts. But we also fill the gaps in between, with experienced consultants connected with the
last construction methodologies and current dynamics in massive projects.
 We are not cold or aloof detached; we are PRAGMATIC, ENTHUSIASTIC and COMMITED.
4. Our consultants offer a mixture of both, local and international experience in their assignments
 We are a Canadian Company but we are also a Multinational Company that operates in other markets. Our
consultants bring this combined international experience in their assignments with independent ideas and
lessons learned from similar situations that add value to the work that they do, standard and quality that could
not be achieved otherwise.
11
8. Why Global Quantum Canada?
5. We have experience in similar situations and with the same players in the past
 Our consultants have worked in a wide range of infrastructures Projects (airports, highways, hospitals, nuclear
plants, bridges, waste water treatment plants, oil refineries, wind farms, gas platforms, subways and
underground stations, etc.). So it is very likely that we can provide you with the experience that you are looking
for.
 We have also dealt with a multitude of Clients, Promoters, Subcontractors and Design Companies, so we will be
most likely familiar with the other parties involved in your Projects.
 We have worked for Construction Companies around the Globe and our consultants have a quick adaption to
different JV environments. Our learning curve is negligible and we will be productive from day one.
6. We offer competitive and flexible fee arrangements
 Hourly, daily, lump sum, success fee % or a combination of them. No one else does that. “We share the success
but also the pain”.
12
