Enjoy Relaxation !
If you were in a situation calling you to speak to your subordinates and felt yourself nervous,
and you feel that your talk does not come out from your heart, then you have to relax and be
quiet. If your feet began trembling, never worry, this is your reaction in the beginning, which
indicates that you do not feel quiet and relaxed. If you were quiet, you would never feel
trembling. For, the quietness and trembling never happen physically simultaneously. So, you
have to train yourself on enjoying quietness and relaxation while talking to your subordinates .
Law States
Question : What the employee should do when he comes back from any leave ?
Article No. (148) answered this query as follows : Upon coming back from any leave, the employee should
fill in the form dedicated for the returning from leave, in order to be approved by his immediate manager
and then to be forwarded to the Human Resources Department .
Our Procedures
Question : How the employees status shall be handled who used to get air tickets with their families
according to the previous system and were appointed on job grades according to which tickets are given
to employee only but not to his family ?
Answer: Employees who used to get air tickets according to the old system shall benefit of disbursing
tickets for them according to the new system in the same manner these tickets used to be disbursed
to them, provided the disbursement of tickets shall only be made to the family members who used to
benefit of this advantage according to the old system after observing the legal age in this regard.
