Colorado Electronic Timing at both ends
6 Lane Score board with Event and Heat Display
Diving well available for warm ups and cool downs
Warm-ups:
7:00 AM – Warm ups will take place at the Field House
Specifics will be sent out prior to the meet.

Age as of December 1, 2015
Age Groups:
6 and Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15 and Over
Entries:
Swimmers may enter a maximum of 5 individual events and 2
relay events. Stroke 200 yard events are reserved for swimmers
11 and older. NT entries will not be accepted. If competition
times are not available, team time trial data is acceptable.
Entry Fee:
The cost of each entry will be $4.00 for an individual event and
$16.00 for a relay team per event. Please send one team check
to cover all entries. Make checks payable to PSTPO and mail to:

Deck Entries will be $5.00 for events with open
lanes, but there will be no reseeding.

Manager to Jen Beatty. All entries must be submitted on Monday,
December 7, 2015.

Awards:
Heat winners for all relay and individual events will get to choose a special duck as
their reward.
Individual Events will receive medals for 1st – 3rd place and ribbons for 4th – 9th.
High point trophies will be given to the top six male and top six female swimmers in
all age groups including 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18.
Team awards will be given to the top three teams excluding the Indiana YMCA.

For team scores and high point trophies we will be using the following scores:

Flyover starts will be used to help keep the meet running efficiently
Concessions will be provided by the Indiana YMCA Piranhas Swim Team Parents
Organization and include a full breakfast and lunch menu.
Swim Apparel will be provided by Swimmers Network
