Calvary is very excited to introduce this new fundraising opportunity for our school. This fundraiser was
chosen for its proven track records as a simple, yet financially impactful fundraiser. There is no upfront cost
to families or school, and there is no going back to deliver goods. Candy is a quick sell and goes fast. Each
student is asked to sell at least 2 boxes. There are 40 assorted candy bars in each tote box. Candy Bars
are only $1 each! Calvary will receive 50 cents of every bar! All funds raised go to the Calvary Booster
Club, which raises funds to “bridge the gap” between tuition received and actual school expenses. This
simple and delicious sale will raise $5,000 for the Booster Club in the next 30 days!
HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
-Each student is asked to sell a minimum of 2 boxes of
candy. Extra boxes will be available in the office.
-Candy can be picked up Friday, August 31 between
9-12pm. Otherwise, please pick up by Friday.
-There are 40 assorted candy bars per box, and bars
are sold for $1 each. Each box contains a collection
envelope and 40 assorted candy bars in 8 flavors.
-All money is due by September 28th
-You can turn in money in one of 3 ways:
1. Give a post-dated check for the total amount at the
time you pick up your candy. The check will not be
cashed until September 28th. Deposit the cash into
your checking account as you sell the candy.
2. Turn in all cash by September 28th to Susan in the
office. Please make sure it is sealed in the envelopes
with your family’s name clearly written.
3. Turn in a check by September 28th to the office and
deposit the cash in your checking account.
