Join the pre-harvest pilgrimage and
celebrate another Martinborough Vintage!
Step into your walking shoes or grab your running shorts there’s an event to suit everyone. Enter a team of friends or
workmates and sign-up for the TEAM CHALLENGE. Don’t
forget your fancy dress because special prizes await the best
fancy dressed!
The 10km and 21km courses start and finish at Martinborough’s
picturesque village square. Crossing normally inaccessible
vineyards you’ll enjoy stunning views of the famous
Martinborough Terrace edge and surrounding country side.
Wine and fresh fruit supplement the usual fun run offering of water
at rest stations. Entertainers along the route contribute to the festive
atmosphere. Awaiting you at the finish line is live music, stacks of
spot prizes and the chance to win:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PRE-REGISTERED ENTRANTS
Everyone who enters prior to 10 March will be posted event
instructions, numbered bibs, and the event safety guidelines.
Please bring this pack with you. Registration packs for entries
recieved after 10 March will be held for collection from the
REGISTRATION DESK in the Square by you on the morning.
THE FINISH AND PRIZE-GIVING
The course ends back at the square where you can have lunch
and enjoy more live entertainment. Food, wine, coffee and
other non-alcoholic beverages will be availible to purchase.
Or, bring your own picnic lunch. Prize-giving will commence at
1.00 pm.
ON DAY REGISTRATION
Availible for INDIVIDUALS ONLY (no team registrations on
the day). Desks open 8.30am. Note that late entry fees apply.
We strongly recommend that you pre-register due to limited
places.
You must be present to be eligible for any of the huge selection
of spot prizes, including

Participants must adhere to safety rules and event instructions.
Please note, no dogs and no bikes are allowed on the course.
All participants must attend the event briefing which will take
place in the Square 15 minutes before their race start time.

THE SHOE CLINIC TEAM CHALLENGE
If you’re part of a social or competitive team, the Shoe
Clinic Team Challenge is for you.
Enter as a team of four in either the 10km walk or 10km
run. The winners in each category will recieve prizes
courtesy of Shoe Clinic.
PLACINGS
The first ten women and first ten men in each event will be
given their placings. Prizes will be awarded to the first three
individuals home in every event.
