Children’s Swimming Lessons take place during Term Time on Monday &Tuesday Afternoon between 3:30 & 5pm. Class timetable is subject to availability.

CLASS DESCRIPTION & PRICES
PIER CIRCUIT- A method of physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to another, usually in a series of different stations or pieces of equipment. Circuit
training is a great boredom buster. It offers more cardio benefits, and it will help you burn 30 percent more calories. Sculpt every muscle and blast fat with this step-by-step
workout.

PIER PUMP & SCULPT - This class will focus on strengthening muscles you never knew you had by incorporating muscle burn pyramid interval sets that individually focus on your
lower body, core, and upper body. Strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body while also generating a metabolic "ripple" effect that will continue to burn fat for hours after
the workout.

PIER FLEX & STRETCH – This Class involves and mixture of yoga, Pilates, strength, balance and core training. This light active stretching class with improve your overall posture
and flexibility. This is the perfect post-workout class.

PIER BODY BLITZ – A high intensity dynamic full body workout. An excellent class to improve overall body strength and conditioning using a variety equipment.

PIER ABS & HIPS BLAST-. Our abs and hips blast class blends body-sculpting techniques into one calorie-burning, strength-training class that will work and strengthen and tone
your core muscles around the waist and stomach .It will also shape; define and tone the hips; thighs; buttocks. After warming up we incorporate a number of set toning routines
to sculpt and shape. .The class finishes with an optional extra 15 minute cool down PIER flex and stretch session.

PIER AQUA – Energetic workout to music in the water. Provides muscular strength and endurance training, with much less impact on the joints than on the floor or with weight
apparatus.

PILATES – Body & Mind workout that concentrates primarily on core and pelvic floor muscles. Special system that strengthens and tones muscles without building bulk; improve
posture, body awareness, body alignments, balance and flexibility.

YOGA – Body & Mind workout for both physical and emotional strength. Improve flexibility, balance, and breathing techniques, reduce tension and relax.
