Oceans OF THE WORLD A Pathfinder for 3rd Grade Did you know animals live all over the world in many different major habitats, called Biomes? The Oceans are one such biome. How many oceans are there? Some say 4, some say 5, but there is really only 1 (yes, one!) ocean. We call it by different names depending on where it is on the planet. Each location of the ocean is different from the others in many ways. This pathfinder will help you find books, magazines, websites and reference resources with information about the major oceans of the world, and some of the animals and plants that live there.
