TIER LEVEL – To determine the appropriate Tier: Assign the Tier # for each of the 3 criteria (Capacity; Top Ticket Price; # of
Performances) + add the 3 Tier #’s together / divide by 3 (rounding down) = and you will have the Tier Level for Minimum Fees**
for the Production. Example: If the theatre has 199 Seats (Tier 3) + a Top Ticket Price of $45 (Tier 4) + a total of 32 Performances
(Tier 4): 3 + 4 + 4 = 11 divided by 3 = 3.66 or (rounded down) Tier Level 3 for Minimum Fees.**
