Dear Parents and Students,
This year we will be holding ONE fundraising opportunity to help you defray the cost of the Hershey Music
Festival trip. For each candle sold, $5.00 of the total cost will go to individual student accounts! We will be
keeping individual accounts for each student as we’ve done in the past. The more candles you sell, the less the
Hershey Trip will cost!
The sale will take place from Wednesday October 8, 2014 until Wednesday October 22, 2014. NO ORDERS
SUBMITTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Checks must be made out to Crossroads
South Student Activity Fund or Crossroads North Student Activity Fund accordingly. IF
PAYING BY CHECK, PLEASE SEND ONLY ONE CHECK WITH THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE
FOR YOUR ORDER. Cash is also accepted.
The pick up date for your candles will be Tuesday, December 9, 2014. The pick-up will take place from 3:00
p.m. until 6:00 p.m. within the instrumental music room of your respective school. All candles must be picked
up during this time period. We have no provisions to store them beyond this time.
Crossroads Music Department is not endorsing door-to-door selling with this fundraiser. This sale is intended
for family and friends. For the safety of your child, please do not sell door-to-door.
