Students/Parents in building before
the 9:00 a.m. bell.
Students are not allowed in the building without adult supervision prior to
9:00 a.m. Our teachers are very busy in the morning with planning,
preparation and meetings. Supervision of students in the building is not
available, therefore, we ask students to not enter the building without adult
supervision until the second bell at 9:00 a.m. Students enter the classroom by
the exterior doors, with the exception of Kindergarten and first grade who are
walked in the building from the assigned locations.
Children who have their parents present are allowed in the building prior to
9:00 a.m.; however, our hallways are getting very crowded and difficult for
teachers and our students with special needs to pass. Parents, we are asking
for your help…if weather permitted, please wait with your child(ren) outside
and enter the classroom through the exterior door. This would help keep our
hallways clear and help with the excess bodies in the hallway before school.
Parents should also pick up students at the exterior door afterschool.

ring, and there would be joy throughout the land. For aren’t we all human?
So Martin Luther King, he stood up to his dream. He made a speech, a
famous speech, that different was not so bad! – Alex A.
Martin Luther King Jr.,
He wanted to stop segregation
Have peace in the world
With no complications
All his life he wanted
The world and its people
All to be equal
For blacks and whites
To get along with each other
For black kids and white kids
To be able to go to school together
Without any problems
That was Martin Luther King Jr.’s
dream
And years ago his dream came
true
And it still is
