DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1
The trip departs Rome from the Roma Termini train station. The meeting point is in
front of the Nike store at the front of the train station. Please meet your trip leader
30 minutes prior to departure. Travel to Interlaken is by private luxury coach with
A/C, DVD, and toilet. We make one 45 minute stop. We play DVDs through the
duration of the trip. Upon arrival in Interlaken, we will immediately check into our
accommodation.
DAYS
2&3
Your personal schedule for the weekend will be based on the activities you
choose to do. Activities include skiing or snowboarding, skydiving, paragliding,
Zurich day trip, night sledding, snowshoeing, chocolate shows, hiking, plus loads
more. On Saturday there will be an optional day trip to Zurich (if trip meets
required numbers). Some activities are weather permitting so plan accordingly.
Consult your Bus2alps Trip Leader or hostel staf for recommendations and
weather updates. Meet your trip leader in the hostel reception if you would like
any information on activities.
DAY 4
We will depart Interlaken for Rome on Sunday aternoon. If you plan to do any
activities, please inform the outdoor company what time you need to return by.
OPTIONAL SNOW ACTIVITIES - WEATHER DEPENDENT
Skiing/Snowboarding: Full rentals (board/skis, boots, and winter clothing) are available. The
mountain region is called Jungfrau and consists of four main peaks with tons of open skiable
terrain.
Beginner Ski or Snowboard Package: Package includes rentals, lit ticket, instructor, and
transportation to the mountain. Needs a minimum amount of participants to run.
Nightsledding: Go back to your childhood gliding down a moonlit trail deep in the Swiss
mountains. Traditional Swiss Fondue dinner is included.
Snowshoe Trekking: Get your hiking ix while quelling your Alpine ix.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Skydiving: Freefall for 45 seconds over the
beautiful Swiss Alps from 13,000 feet up. HeliSkydiving is also available. Video and photos
available at additional cost.
Paragliding: Suspend yourself well above the
Swiss countryside, held on only by a parachute
and your experienced guide helping you steer.
Hangliding: Catch thermals and up-drats,
experience wing-overs, stalls, dives or just a
simple easy loat over Interlaken.
Jungfraujoch - The Top of Europe: Head 2,061
meters up by cog train to see the best views of
the beautiful Swiss Alps.
Interlaken Free Walking Tour: Guided by local
experts you experience and learn about
the beauty and history of Interlaken and its
surroundings. It’s a gem in the midst of the
Swiss Alps.
Funky Chocolate Club: Create your very own
version of the famous Swiss Chocolate at this
workshop.
Zurich Day Trip: Spend your day in the shopping
capital and largest city of Switzerland. Private
round trip transport is provided by Bus2alps.
Casino Kursaal: Table games do not open until
night. You need a passport in order to enter
the casino.
Winter Adventure Park: This is a winter forest
adventure of wooden bridges, tarzan swings
and zip lines.
Interlaken Pub Crawl: Join locals in seeing the
best nightlife spots that Interlaken has to ofer.
Vertical Rush: Your heart rate will be tested
against combinations of height, speed, and
free fall on the Giant Swing, Highline, Speed
Line and BASE jump Simulator.
Victoria Jungrau Spa: With treatments ranging
from simple massages to full-day wellness, the
spa is a great place to stretch out your muscles
ater a day on the mountain.
Swiss Food & Culture Tour: Visit a local farm,
see cows and taste milk and cheese fresh
from production, and then taste some of the
world’s best chocolate.
Ice Skating: Located a short walk from our
accommodation is Interlaken’s Ice Rink. There
are several open skate sessions throughout the
day.
