High Mount School Quarter Auction
Please join us for a fun-filled evening to help raise money for our school
PTC. Proceeds from this event will go toward technology for our
classrooms.
When: April 12th, 2014
Where: Tim and Joe’s
Time: Doors Open 6:00 Auction begins 7:00
What to Bring: Rolls of Quarters for bidding, $$ for 50/50 drawing,
heads or tails game and $$ is you like to shop; we will have vendors
available for cash and carry items. Food and a cash bar will be available.
PLEASE NOTE: NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS ALLOWED!
$5 bid paddles sold at the door. (Requires Quarter Bids on all auction items)
or
$20 GOLDEN PADDLE or 3 Golden Paddles for $50: Pay one time for a paddle
that puts you in for everything ALL NIGHT! You can split the paddles with friends
and family
Purchase $40 or more in products at the event from any vendors and your name
will be entered into a drawing.
Remember NO bid is more than $1!!!! That’s awesome!
1 quarter bid = retail value of $10 -25
2 quarter bid = retail value of $26 - $ 50
3 quarter bid = retail value of $51 - $75
4 quarter bid = retail value over $76
Over $1,000.00 worth of products will be auctioned.
