HOW TO USE
This light airy blend of peat moss and perlite is the key to
every gardener’s quandary. How do you get good water
retention as well as good drainage? You lucky dog, you’re
looking at it! Unleash the Lucky Dog™ K-9 Kube™ and
plant directly into this richly amended mix.
Use Lucky Dog™ for rooted cuttings and young plant
s t a r t s f o r b o t h i n d o o r a n d o u t d o o r c u l t i v a t i o n.
Plant directly into Lucky Dog™ Growers Blend.
The K-9 Kube™ has it all: pedigree ingredients,
mycorrhizal fungi and crazy wicked earthworm castings.
Our ultra-premium Growers Blend is pH adjusted to ensure
optimum nutrient availability to plants.
Cover drain hole with small rocks or a small shard of
broken pottery to ensure good drainage. Add enough
Lucky Dog™ so the plant sits at the correct level. Fill in
around root mass up to 1 inch from top of pot. Press gently
to secure plant. Water thoroughly and let drain. Do not
pack too tightly. Add more if necessary with settling. For
re-potting plants, select a container one or two sizes
larger than the one being replaced. Loosen roots from the
root mass and use the same procedure as above.

castings are alive! A healthy earthworm culture is bursting
with regenerative organic material that plants thrive on.
HOUSEPLANTS:
Water thoroughly after planting. For exceptional results,
feed regularly with Grow Big® Liquid Plant Food.

Lucky Dog™ is in the House!
Select a container 2-3 times the diameter of the plant’s
root mass and 3-6 inches deeper. Fill the container so that
the root mass is positioned at the correct height. Secure
plant in place while adding more Lucky Dog™ Growers
Blend around the root mass until the container is almost
full. Press firmly around perimeter of the plant and water
thoroughly. Do not pack too tightly. Fill container to the top
and water again.
Select sphagnum peat moss, horticultural perlite,
earthworm castings, bat guano, oyster shell and dolomite
lime (for pH adjustment).
