the horizontal round precision tubes and the two vertical

The Quinn Sevilla radiator is available with 4 (1-8) or 6
connections (1-M-M-8) (including wall-brackets, vent and
blank).

Installation manual:
- Define the location of the radiator on the wall.
- Mark the drill points with a pencil to drill the holes for the stretcher plugs.
-Screw the installing sleeves to the wall.
- Put conical and expansion sleeves into the installing sleeves.
- Fasten the radiator by screwing the cube with expansible sleeve.
- Put the plug onto the cube.

Paint
Materials
Quinn uses a painting procedure that is used in the
automotive industry. All Quinn radiators have been fully
treated against rust.
The Quinn Sevilla Bathroom radiators are made from
1,25mm and 1,5mm thick steel tubes .
Operating Pressures
Firstly, they are degreased . Then a water-based
electrophoretic base coat is applied . After this, the
radiators are
powder coated with an epoxy polyester powder.
The total paint coat thickness is 60 micron minimum . This
painting procedure protects the radiators against rust,
damage and scratching .
Each bathroom radiator is tested to 1,3 times its maximum
allowable working pressure. The maximum allowable
working pressure for all the towel radiators is 10 Bar. The
maximal water temperature is 95°C (in accordance with
EN 442-2).
Connections
All Quinn Sevilla radiators have 4 x W' BSP connections
(1-8) or 6 x Y2" BSP connections (1-M-M-8).
Colour
Our standard final coat is a 60% gloss finish RAL 9016
(white).
Packaging
Outputs
The D-collectors are supplied with a plastic cap to protect
them . Then the radiators are wrapped in plastic foil and
completely packaged in cardboard . Finally they are
wrapped in shrinking foil.
The Quinn Sevilla offers emissions from 351W to 1186Wat t.TSO (75/65/20°C in accordance with EN 442).

Height
The Quinn Sevilla is available in heights from 740mm up to
1820mm inclusive.
Length
The Quinn Sevilla is available in lengths from SOOmm up
to 750mm inclusive.
Dimensional tolerance
All dimensions conform to EN 442-1 .
Quinn Sensa radiators are manufactured to comply with
ISO 9001 . 10 Year guarantee with all radiators . Heat
outputs have been independently tested and comply with
EN 442 at t.TSO (75/65/20.C).

Please ensure that the wall and fixings used are able to
support the weight of the radiator, if in doubt seek advice
from a qualified professional i.e. Engineer or Architect.
Alternative load bearing feet are available on request.
