December 19–Auntie Mame, by Patrick Dennis
Newcomers are welcome to come to either or both
meetings.
Story Time!
Bring the little ones (0-5) to the library
for story time with Miss Jen, Thursday’s at 10:30 or on Saturdays with
Miss Sue at 11:00am! Stories, songs
and crafts!
Can Your Fines!
All of November! Get rid of
your library fines by donating
some canned goods!
Here's how it works:
Donate 1 canned or non-perishable item and
have 1 dollar removed from your fines, up to 50
dollars! So if you have $5.75 in fines, donate 6
items and your fines are gone!
*Please note that the program only works on
fines, not lost items. If you have lost items,
please return them to the library and your
fine will be dramatically reduced. Then you
may donate canned goods to eliminate the
remainder of the fines, but only once the
items have been returned!
Donations will go to Brunswick Cares Community
Food Pantry. Only patrons with a Brunswick or UHLS
library card may participate with one "Canning" session
per patron.
Adult Book Group
The group meets at the Library on
the second Tuesday of every month
at 7pm to discuss a book of interest.
New participants are welcome. The
book selected for this month:
 November 11 —The Goldfinch by Donna
Tartt
 December 9 — The Light in the Ruins by
Chris Bohjalian
Please call the library at 279-4023 if you need a
copy of the book, or a ride to the programs.
