2017 Cookie Cupboard Schedule
How to place a transaction with your cupboard to get more cookie cases:
Click on the TRANSACTIONS tab in eBudde-Then click ADD A TRANSACTION
- DATE: NO ENTRY -This shows the date the transaction is being created
- PICKUP: Select the date/time that cookies will be picked up
- RECEIPT #: NO ENTRY -This is automatically assigned
- TYPE: Select Booth
- SECOND PARTY: Cupboard
- In drop down box select the Cupboard for your pickup
- PRODUCT MOVEMENT: Add Product
- CASES: Number of cases for each variety you need
- PACKAGES: NO ENTRY-This column is for council use only
- CONTACT INFO: This information allows the cupboard manager to contact you
if needed
COOKIE CUPBOARDS OPEN
FEBRUARY 13th thru MARCH 27th
Troops must place a Transaction from the Transaction tab in eBudde for booth
cases only. By placing a “pending” transaction you are notifying your cupboard
that you need more product and at the same time you will specify a pick up date
and time. Your cupboard will review pending transactions each morning and have
the order waiting for you on the day and time you scheduled your pick up. Check the
cupboard schedule for day and time availability and allow at least 24 hours for pick
up. In addition, only volunteers who are listed in eBudde as Troop Cookie
Manager, Troop Leader or Troop Cookie Pickup Only Users will be allowed to pick
up and sign for cookies in any of the cupboard locations.

- ALL GATHERING PLACE CUPBOARDS WILL BE
CLOSED ON SUNDAYS
