Mentor Requirements
 21 and Older

Interested in working with elementary aged children between the ages of 9 and 11.

Preferably employed in the following fields:

o Architecture
o Art/Design
o Business (General)
o Communications/PR
o Engineering
o Law/Policy
o Medicine
o Photography
o Public Administration
o Small Business (Entrepreneurial)
o Technology
Available a minimum of 9 days throughout the school year:
o Three major group outings per school year (Weekends)

Events may include: sporting events, concerts, theme parks, dinner,
movies, etc.
o Three workplace visits per school year

Ability to accommodate the mentee at your workplace for a minimum of 2
hours.
o Three Classroom Visits/Lunch at School

