Hang blazers and bags up 2. Put on apron 3. Tie hair up 4. Roll sleeves up 5. Take off jewellery 6. Wash hands 1 min 1 min 1 min 1 min 1 min 1 min Method of Production Spaghetti Bolognese Stage 1: To make the mince Chop the peppers and onions into slices 2 mins Fry the mince until brown 5 mins Put the peppers onions and tined tomatoes into a saucepan and add 10mins 1. 2. 100ml of water and medium heat 3. 4. Add the mince to the pan 5. Put in your tomato puree and mixed herbs and then season with salt 5 mins 2 mins and pepper 6. Leave to cook 10mins Stage 2: To cook the spaghetti 1. Fill a saucepan with boiling water 1 min 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water 1 min 3. Leave to boil until soft 10mins 4. Drain the spaghetti 1 min Stage 3: To serve 1. Dish up spaghetti with Bolognese on top. 1 min 2. Add some grated cheese 1min
