APPLIGATIONS:

D13-MV-201 6-017 - Sanders and Darling
Purpose and Effect: to permit construction of a seasonal dwelling, private garage and
gazebo on a property located in the WR6L zone:
a) A decrease to the provisions of Section 5.2 to permit a seasonal dwelling to have a
minimum water setback o124 metres (78 feet) as opposed to the required minimum of
30 meters (98.43 feet).
b) A decrease to the provisions of Section 5.2 to permit a private garage to have a
minimum water setback of 23 metres (75 feet) as opposed to the required minimum of
30 meters (98.43 feet).

Purpose and Effect: to permit construction of an agricultural building on a lot located in
the RU1 zone:
a) A decrease to the provisions of Section 9.2 to permit an accessory building to have a
minimum exterior lot line setback of 4.5 metres (14.76 feet) as opposed to the
required 13.5 metres (44.29feet).
Location: Part of Lots 24 and 25, Concession 3 in the geographic Township of Guilford
(1140 Bushwolf Lake Road).

applications or may be represented by counsel for that purpose. lf you do not attend the hearing
the Committee may proceed in your absence and you will not be entitled to any furlher notice of
the proceedings. The Committee will accept written submissions. A copy of the decision will be
sent to the applicant, the agent and to each person who has filed with the Secretary
Treasurer a written request for notice of the decision.
