The first week will consist of an introduction to skills and practice. Each week’s program will consist of warm-ups and scrimmage game
with another team or a team practice. The goal is to have Fun!!!
All players will receive participation award and pictures from Picture Day (if you ordered them) on their team Awards Day. If your
son/daughter is unable to participate, awards/pictures will be available at the Recreation Department. Please call the department at
250-4710 ahead of time to make sure your awards/pictures have been dropped off by your coach. Awards must be picked up by
August 7th. If you have any questions, please call the Recreation Department at 250-4710.
Cancellations: If conditions of the field are known before 4:30 p.m. cancellations will be made by the Recreation Department and will
be placed on the Recreation Department Hotline number at 250-4711. Cancellations after 4:30 p.m. will be made by our Site
Coordinator who will call coaches if games are cancelled. Coaches will let their players know. Games will not be cancelled unless it is
absolutely necessary so many times this decision may be made at the last minute.
