In spring the area is bursting with new life with lambs gamboling in the fields, bluebells in the woods, wild flowers and gorse along the coast and busy puffins on Skomer Island. Summer offers family days on fantastic, awardwinning beaches, walks along the coast path, lazy afternoons browsing galleries and quaint independent shops, and busy days at the numerous attractions and outdoor activities, including fishing, pony trekking, surfing and coasteering, Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park and Oakwood. Christmas brings bracing, refreshing walks on the beach, local produce, craft fayres and services in St David’s Cathedral, while Caban Tawel, with its decorated tree, will be snug and warm to welcome you home at the end of the day. Close to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, we are just a 15-minute drive from both the coast and the foot of the Preseli Hills. The county’s pretty towns and villages, including Cardigan, St David’s, Narberth and Tenby, are all within an easy, scenic drive.
