THE EAGLE EDITION Annunciation Catholic School Volume 3 Issue 1 Email articles to: [email protected] August 21, 2016 School website: www.school.annunciationbvmparish.org PRINCIPAL POST Happy last days of summer! Can you believe that we are almost ready to start the school year?! The staff and faculty have been busy, preparing to welcome all new and returning families into the Annunciation Family. With that being said, I hope that all of the students and families are also ready to meet (and see again) the teachers and staff of our school! There will be many familiar faces, but plenty of new faces this year as well. With that in mind I wanted to take an opportunity in this special edition of the Eagle to introduce some of our teachers to you, or rather… Let them introduce themselves! Preschool: Mrs. Melissa Owoo Hello! My name is Melissa Owoo and I am the new preschool teacher. I have a Bachelor’s in Inclusive Early Childhood and a Master’s in Multi-Cultural Special Education. I look forward to teaching your children and watching them grow spiritually, academically, physically, emotionally and socially. Kindergarten: Ms. Becky Engle Ms. Engel attended the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and her Generalist Endorsement for grades 4-5.
