Eco Mark Fee Provision

Eco Mark Office
Article 1 The provision shall define Eco Mark related fees.
Article 2 The fees shall be divided into the following three types:
1) Examination Fee for Eco Mark Product Certification
2) Eco Mark Annual License Fees
3) Eco Mark Certificate Issuance Fees (This covers reissuance and additional issuance of a
certificate.)
Article 3 The examination fee for Eco Mark product certification, Eco Mark license fees, and
Eco Mark certificate issuance fees shall be defined in the appendix and published.
Article 4 The examination fee for Eco Mark product certification, Eco Mark license fees, and
Eco Mark certificate issuance fees shall be reviewed as needed.
2 In light of the public interest of the Eco Mark program, the review of fees mentioned in the
preceding paragraph shall be made, considering the number of Eco Mark utilizing contractors,
transition of sales of Eco Mark products, number of certified products, review of the
certification criteria, and other various factors.
