book list - Fall River Public Library

Fall River Public Library
Estes Collection
The Estes Collection honors local authors, those who were either born in Fall River or spent part of their
lives in the city or nearby communities. It consists of fiction, poetry and non-fiction books by writers with
local connections, ranging from Victoria Lincoln (a contemporary of Lizzie Borden's) to TV chef Emeril
Lagasse.
Many of these books are currently out of print and available only at the library. Titles in this special
collection do not circulate, but they can be accessed in the library’s reference department. New titles are
constantly being added. Below is a list of Estes Collection items as of August 2011.
