Capacity FIT departures - minimum of 5 and maximum 30 people Group departures - Minimum of 10 & maximum 45 people. Conditions Tour not recommended for children 4 years and under. At parent’s discretion for children 4 years & under – FOC. FIT guests should arrive 5-10 minutes and groups 15 minutes prior to tour departure times. Wear sturdy walking shoes; bring water and insect repellent (optional). Cameras are welcome but no flash photography. Tour subject to cancellation/ alteration due to weather conditions. Minimum of 14 days’ notice required for groups and one hour notice for FIT bookings. Alice Springs Desert Park reserves the right to alter the tour at their discretion. Cancellation Policy Alice Springs Desert Park reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for services if bookings are cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice prior to the event. Cancellation fees are as follows: 6 days’ notice 25% of the cost of the service. 2-5 days’ notice 50% of the cost of the service. Less than 24 hours’ notice 100% of the cost of the service.
