1) What was the reason for wanting to switch your Internet Service in
the first place?
We were with the county council provider until very recently but the
speed and bandwidth that we were getting just wasn’t adequate for the
number of devices. It was frustratingly slow.
4) What difference has it made to your school?
The broadband is now so much faster, in fact it’s around 30 times faster.
Everything loads quicker, there’s no more waiting around for websites
to load.
5) How did you find moving away from your county council?

The quote was good but the main thing was that other providers
couldn’t provide the secure connection required to the county council
without a lot of extra work.
It was fine. We managed to keep all of the other services which were
provided, including the firewall rules, financial services, heating controls,
and the secure connection with the county.

Yes
Once the project co-ordinator was involved the transition was smooth
and contact was very good. We were kept informed every step of the way.
